Our products
Triple Crown Edge currently sells two one-time digital products focused on the 2026 Kentucky Derby:
- Derby Quick Pick — $15: Concise Kentucky Derby model analysis (top 3 contenders, primary win lean, key value / overlay horse, short use guidance, responsible-use note).
- Derby Full Analysis — $39: Full Kentucky Derby model analysis (ranked / tiered contender view, top win threats, value / overlay analysis, race-shape context, risk notes, practical use guidance, responsible-use note).
Both products are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals. No other races, packages, or future products are sold or implied.
All sales final once delivered
Because this is a time-sensitive digital analysis product, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or made available, except where required by law. A purchase does not guarantee any race outcome, wagering result, payout, or profit.
Triple Crown Edge is not a sportsbook, ADW, casino, or wagering operator. We do not accept, place, pool, or facilitate wagers. Our products are informational and entertainment racing analysis only. Any wagering decision you make elsewhere is your own; you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you and for wagering responsibly if you choose to wager at all.
When you qualify for a refund
Even with an "all sales final" policy, we stand behind our delivery. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right. You qualify for a full refund in the following situations:
- Non-delivery: We failed to send your analysis email by the scheduled delivery time (10:00 AM CST on Friday, May 1, 2026) and cannot confirm it was sent.
- Duplicate charge: Your payment was processed more than once for the same order due to a payment processor error.
- Unauthorized charge: You did not authorize the transaction and can confirm it was made without your knowledge. These cases are handled in coordination with Stripe.
- Where required by law: If applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund in your specific situation, we will honor that requirement.
When refunds are not available
Our analysis is informational and entertainment racing content. Horse racing involves significant uncertainty and no outcome, wager, payout, or profit is ever guaranteed. Once a time-sensitive analysis has been delivered or made available, we are generally not able to offer refunds in these situations:
- The analysis didn't match the race result: Our content is informational racing analysis, not a guarantee. A horse losing or a race outcome differing from any lean or contender does not constitute a failure of our service.
- Dissatisfaction with the analysis: If you received the content but disagree with the conclusions, that's not grounds for a refund. We encourage you to review the product description and free public content before purchasing.
- Missed email: If we can confirm your analysis email was sent successfully, we cannot refund because you forgot to check your inbox or spam folder.
- Change of mind after delivery: Once the product has been delivered or made available, the purchase is final.
- "Didn't know it was final": Both products are clearly described as one-time, time-sensitive digital content purchases at the point of sale. Claiming you didn't know is not a refund basis.
We're a small operation and we genuinely want every customer to feel good about their experience. If you have a situation that's not clearly covered above, email us — we'll review it case by case.
How to request a refund
Refund requests must be submitted by email. Here's how the process works:
- Email support@triplecrownedge.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
- Include your name, the email address used at checkout, the product purchased, and a brief description of the issue.
- We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we'll initiate the refund through Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email from us when it's processed on our end.
Please do not file a credit card dispute before contacting us first — see the section on disputes below.
Processing timeline
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Once we initiate the refund on our end, timing depends on your card issuer:
- Stripe processing: 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Bank timing: Some card issuers take the full 10 business days. This is outside our control once the refund is initiated.
- Confirmation: You'll receive an email from us when we initiate the refund, and a separate receipt from Stripe confirming the transaction.
Disputes and chargebacks
We understand that sometimes a chargeback feels like the fastest option. We'd ask you to try us first.
If you email support@triplecrownedge.com before filing a dispute with your card issuer, we can usually resolve the situation faster than the chargeback process takes. Most chargebacks take 30–90 days to resolve; we typically respond within 2 business days.
If a chargeback is filed for a transaction we believe was valid — for example, a delivered analysis where the customer is dissatisfied with the race outcome — we will provide documentation to Stripe demonstrating delivery and the informational nature of our service. We do not pursue customers aggressively, but we will defend against fraudulent chargebacks.
For unauthorized charges you genuinely did not make, please contact both your card issuer and us at the same time — we want to help resolve those quickly.
