1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing triplecrownedge.com or purchasing any product from Triple Crown Edge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our site or purchase our products.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses or uses the site. TCE Analytics LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. About our service

Triple Crown Edge is a digital publisher of informational and entertainment racing analysis. We currently publish Kentucky Derby analysis only.

Triple Crown Edge is not a sportsbook, ADW, casino, or wagering operator. TCE Analytics LLC does not accept, place, pool, broker, or facilitate wagers of any kind, and has no financial stake in the outcome of any race. Our products are informational and entertainment racing analysis only.

Any decision to place a wager is made entirely by you, independently, with a licensed wagering operator of your choosing in a jurisdiction where wagering on horse racing is legal. We have no involvement in, or liability for, any transaction between you and a third-party wagering operator.

3. Products and delivery

We currently offer two one-time digital content products, both focused exclusively on the 2026 Kentucky Derby:

• Derby Quick Pick ($15): A concise Kentucky Derby model analysis covering top 3 contenders, primary win lean, key value / overlay horse, short use guidance, and a responsible-use note.
• Derby Full Analysis ($39): A full Kentucky Derby model analysis covering a ranked / tiered contender view, top win threats, value / overlay analysis, race-shape and pace context, key risks and uncertainty notes, practical use guidance, and a responsible-use note.

Both products are one-time purchases delivered by email to the address provided at checkout, scheduled for 10:00 AM CST on Friday, May 1, 2026 (the day before the Kentucky Derby). No physical goods are shipped. No subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals are created. No other races, packages, or future offerings are sold or implied as part of these products.

Your responsibility: It is your responsibility to check your inbox and spam/junk folder around the scheduled delivery time. If you purchased through a corporate email or a domain with aggressive spam filtering, we strongly recommend adding support@triplecrownedge.com to your contacts or safe-senders list before delivery day. We cannot issue refunds for emails that were successfully sent but not retrieved from a spam folder.

4. Analysis and disclaimers

Our analysis is produced using a proprietary internal model. We do not disclose the components, weighting, scoring, or version details of that model. A high-level track record is published on our website for transparency.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtested results and historical win rates are provided for informational purposes only and are not indicative of future outcomes. Any simulated ROI figures reflect model performance on historical data under specific assumptions that may not hold in live conditions.

We do not guarantee, imply, or suggest that using our analysis will result in a wagering profit. We do not guarantee that any specific horse will win, place, or show. We are not responsible for any financial losses that result from wagering decisions made after reading our content.

Horse racing outcomes depend on factors outside any model's control — race-day weather, track condition changes, horse behavior, jockey decisions, and other unpredictable variables. By purchasing our content, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

5. Wagering disclaimer

Triple Crown Edge does not accept wagers of any kind. We are not a sportsbook, pari-mutuel operator, or betting exchange. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to accept or place a bet.

Age requirement: If you choose to place wagers on horse racing, you must be of legal wagering age in your jurisdiction. In most U.S. states this is 21 years of age, though requirements vary. It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws applicable to you.

Jurisdictional responsibility: Horse racing wagering is regulated differently across states, countries, and territories. It is your responsibility to ensure that wagering is legal where you are located before placing any bet. Triple Crown Edge makes no representation that our content is appropriate for use in every jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual property

All content produced and published by Triple Crown Edge — including race analysis, model scores, rankings, commentary, graphics, and website copy — is the proprietary intellectual property of TCE Analytics LLC. All rights reserved.

When you purchase a product from Triple Crown Edge, you receive a limited, personal-use license to read and use that content for your own private purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share our picks content with others, whether for payment or for free
• Post our picks or analysis publicly on social media, forums, betting communities, or any other platform before or after race day
• Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our content in any commercial service or product

We actively monitor for unauthorized redistribution of our pre-race picks. Sharing our picks publicly before a race — even without charge — constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The Triple Crown Edge name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of TCE Analytics LLC. You may not use them without our written permission.

7. Account termination

Because our products are one-time purchases rather than ongoing subscriptions, "termination" primarily refers to our right to refuse future service and to take action on past abuse.

TCE Analytics LLC may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process future orders from any customer who:

• Redistributes or publicly posts our picks content in violation of the personal-use license
• Files fraudulent chargebacks for delivered products
• Engages in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward our team
• Attempts to circumvent our payment systems or obtain products without payment
• Uses our content for any unlawful purpose

We will not issue refunds in connection with terminations for cause under this section. If you believe a termination was made in error, contact us at support@triplecrownedge.com.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TCE Analytics LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to:

• Losses from wagering decisions made after reading our content
• Lost profits or expected winnings of any kind
• Loss of data or content
• Failure to deliver due to circumstances outside our control (force majeure, email service outages, race cancellations)

In all cases, our maximum total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question. For example, if you purchased a Derby Quick Pick for $15, our maximum liability is $15.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

By using our service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TCE Analytics LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Any wagering decisions you make based on our content
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party
• Any content you post or share publicly that includes or references our picks

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your relationship with Triple Crown Edge.

10. Governing law, arbitration, and class action waiver

Governing law: These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. TCE Analytics LLC maintains its registered business address in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and the parties agree that Wyoming law provides the appropriate framework for interpreting these terms.

Binding arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our service — including disputes about the existence, validity, or termination of these terms — shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration. Arbitration shall be seated in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and administered under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. Proceedings may be conducted remotely (by video conference, telephone, or written submission) at the mutual agreement of the parties or at the arbitrator's direction. In most cases, remote proceedings will be the default to minimize travel burden on both parties.

You understand that by agreeing to arbitration, you are waiving your right to a jury trial.

Class action waiver: You agree to resolve any disputes with TCE Analytics LLC on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from multiple individuals.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming, to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property or to enforce the arbitration clause itself.

11. Modifications to terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify customers of significant changes via email if the change materially affects their rights.

Your continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using our site and do not purchase future products.
