Live Race Day Record — Through Preakness 151
Triple Crown 2026 to date: Arkansas Derby (winner called), Blue Grass (winner called), Wood Memorial (documented miss), Lexington Stakes (#1 miss, #2 ran 2nd), Oaklawn Handicap (public winner called), and Preakness 151 (top pick missed; Iron Honor and Chip Honcho identified as board horses). The model is under active validation. We are not advertising guaranteed profitability, proven ROI, or a reliable ability to pick at least two of the top three finishers.
How verification works
Every live race day pick is published by 10:00 AM CST on race day, before post time. Results are reconciled after the official chart is posted by the track. We publish wins and misses with the same prominence — no retroactive editing of predictions, no hindsight reframing.
- Posted before post time. Every pick is timestamped and published with race-time before the official break.
- Verified after the race. Finish positions, run times, and beaten lengths come from the official chart published by the host track.
- Wins and misses both published. Wood Memorial (Bravaro off the board) and Lexington Stakes (Confessional out of top 3) are documented above with the same visibility as winning calls.
- Public picks vs. internal picks. Where a pick was posted publicly — for example White Abarrio on NYRA Facebook ahead of the 2026 Oaklawn Handicap — that is noted directly on the result card.
Model posture
Triple Crown Edge is a data-driven racing analysis project, not a certified predictive model. We are currently validating and refining the model through the 2026 Triple Crown series via live-race testing, full-field historical validation, and post-race accountability reviews before publishing any long-term performance claims.
The live race day record above is the public scoreboard. Internal historical work supports the methodology but is not used to make profitability, ROI, or performance-certification claims. We are not advertising guaranteed profitability, proven ROI, or a reliable ability to pick at least two of the top three finishers.
Reconciliation notes
- Arkansas Derby (Mar 28, 2026) — Renegade #1, Silent Tactic #2 predicted; finished 1st and 2nd respectively. $2 exacta cashed. Run time 1:49.70. Prediction posted March 27, 2026.
- Blue Grass Stakes (Apr 4, 2026) — Further Ado #1 predicted; won. Ottinho #3 predicted; finished 2nd. Prediction posted April 2, 2026.
- Wood Memorial (Apr 4, 2026) — Bravaro #1 predicted; finished off the board. Albus won at 12-1, Right to Party 2nd, Ocelli 3rd. Documented miss. Prediction posted April 2, 2026.
- Lexington Stakes (Apr 11, 2026) — Confessional #1 predicted; off the board. The Hell We Did #2 predicted; finished 2nd. Trendsetter won. Documented miss for #1. Prediction posted April 10, 2026.
- Oaklawn Handicap (Apr 18, 2026) — G2 for older horses, included as a model test against 2025 Triple Crown performers Journalism (2025 Preakness winner) and Sovereignty (2025 Kentucky Derby + Belmont winner). Public pick White Abarrio on NYRA Facebook before post time; won. Internal top-3 (Sovereignty / Journalism / White Abarrio) swept the trifecta. Public comment posted April 18, 2026.
- Preakness Stakes 151 (May 16, 2026) — Napoleon Solo won; Iron Honor 2nd, Chip Honcho 3rd. Our top pick Taj Mahal finished 10th and the process did not elevate Napoleon Solo as the winner. Iron Honor and Chip Honcho were on our public headline names list as board horses. The result is in post-race model review; the model is being refined ahead of the Belmont with a sharper focus on full-field vetting, pace-shape sensitivity, and board/underneath structure.
